  • Marietta Club - 6:30-8:30am | M-F & 3:00-6:30 pm | M-F

  • Belpre Club - 2:30pm-6:00 pm | M-F

  • Beverly/Waterford Elementary - 2:30-6:00 pm | M-F

  • Shenandoah Elementary - 2:43-6:00pm | M-F

  • Newport Elementary - 2:30-6:00pm | M-F

  • New Matamoras Elementary - 2:30-6:00pm | M-F

Inclement Weather & Holidays

  • The Belpre Club will NOT be open if the school is closed for snow days, holidays, or two-hour delays.

  • The Marietta Club will be open from 8 am-6 pm on snow days for Marietta City Schools (MCS). If your child does not attend MCS, the Club will not be open all day. Youth will need to pack a lunch.

  • The Marietta Club will be open for most Holidays/ Scheduled days off for MCS. If your child does not attend MCS, the Club will not be open all day. Youth will need to pack a lunch.

Transportation

These times may change as we are still working on schedules!

  • A.M. Marietta Only

    • Marietta High School picked up at the corner of Franklin Street at 6:50 am.

    • Marietta Elementary School, Washington, and Phillips picked up at 8:30 am.

  • P.M.

    • Williamstown gets picked-up by Club van at 2:50 and is dropped off by 3:20.

    • Marietta High School dropped off by bus at Club at 3:05.

    • Warren Middle gets dropped off by bus at the Club at 3:30.

    • Marietta Elementary Schools dropped off by bus at 3:50 and 4:10.

    • Lowell gets picked-up by Club van at 4:10 and is dropped off by 4:30.

    • Warren Elementary gets dropped off by bus at the Club at 4:30.

    • The Belpre Bus arrives at approximately 2:45.

Prices

  • School Year membership is of $35 per month for Kindergarten-5th

    • Note: Marietta Site only accepts Kindergarten aged members if they have an older sibling also enrolled into the program

  • Annual $25 fee for 6th-12th

  • Invoice Paying

    • Cash and Check Payments can be handed in at the Club. A paper receipt will be given to you.

      • Make Checks payable to “BGCWC”

    • BGCWC does offer payments by credit/debit card & ACH through the MCH Parent Portal which can be accessed by clicking here.
